30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@karooearthshop.co.za to start your return. If accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve it.
Exchanges
For exchanges, contact info@karooearthshop.co.za and we will happily assist you with that.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at info@karooearthshop.co.za.
