Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Options & Rates

We provide two flexible delivery options at checkout:

  • Standard Door-to-Door Delivery:

    • From R80 (Calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact delivery destination)

    • FREE on orders over R800

    • Handled via tracked express courier straight to your door.

  • Smart Locker Pickup (Pudo or Bob Box):

    • From R60

    • FREE on orders over R800

    • Collect 24/7 using an OTP/PIN code from your preferred smart locker.

How Locker Pickup Works:

  • Bob Box: Simply select your preferred Bob Box locker directly on the interactive map during checkout. Your order books automatically.

  • Pudo Locker: If you prefer Pudo, select the Locker Pickup option at checkout, then WhatsApp us or reply to your order confirmation email with your preferred Pudo Locker name and order number.

Processing & Handover Schedule

We are a small team dedicated to precision and quality. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and prepare your order.

  • Monday – Thursday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM aim to be processed same-day.

  • Fridays: Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed over the weekend and booked for Monday morning courier collection.

  • Weekends & Public Holidays: Couriers do not collect from us on weekends. Orders packed over the weekend are handed over to drivers first thing Monday morning.

Estimated Transit Times (Once Dispatched)

  • Durban & Greater KZN: 1–2 business days

  • Main Hubs (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days

Note: Delivery timelines apply to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Tracking Your Order

Once the courier collects your parcel from our studio, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link and waybill number. You will receive notifications when your parcel is dispatched, out for delivery (or placed in your locker), and completed.

Gifting & Multiple Addresses

You can send orders directly to family or friends by entering their details as the shipping address during checkout. Each checkout supports a single delivery destination. To ship items to multiple recipients or different lockers, please place separate orders.

Specific Date Deliveries

Because shipments travel through independent courier networks with optimized route schedules, we cannot guarantee deliveries on exact dates or times (e.g., specific birthdays). Once handed over, delivery timelines depend on standard courier operations.
