Shipping policy

Delivery Coverage
We provide nationwide delivery within South Africa. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates
To keep things simple, we apply flat shipping rates regardless of your parcel's size or weight.

Standard Door-to-Door Shipping (The Courier Guy):

  • R100

  • Free shipping on orders over R800 (unless stated otherwise during special promotions)

PUDO Locker Shipping (The Courier Guy):

  • R60

  • Free on orders over R800 (unless stated otherwise during special promotions)

If you would like to use a PUDO locker, you must email us after placing your order with your chosen PUDO locker location. Orders cannot be dispatched to a PUDO locker until we receive this information. If no locker details are provided, the order will be sent via standard door-to-door delivery by default.

Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

We are a small team dedicated to quality. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order for the courier. During sales or holidays, this may take slightly longer.

Processing & Handover Schedule: To ensure your parcel spends the least amount of time in transit, we follow a specific handover schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are aimed to be processed same-day.

  • Fridays: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed over the weekend but held for Monday morning collection.

  • Weekends: While we may fulfill and pack orders on Saturdays, no couriers collect from us on weekends. Orders packed over the weekend will be handed to the courier on Monday morning.

Courier Transit Estimates (Once Dispatched):

  • Durban: 1–2 Business Days

  • Main Centers (JHB, CPT, etc.): 2–4 Business Days

  • Regional/Remote Areas: 4+ Business Days

Note: The Courier Guy does not move or deliver parcels on weekends or public holidays. Dispatching on a Monday ensures your package moves through the network as efficiently as possible.

Order Tracking & Courier Partners
We use The Courier Guy for all our nationwide deliveries, including PUDO lockers, to ensure your package arrives safely.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email with your Waybill/Tracking Number and a link to track your parcel. You will receive automated updates at key stages:

  • Order dispatched

  • Order out for delivery / ready for PUDO collection

  • Order successfully delivered / collected

Need to follow up on a delivery in transit? If your parcel has already been dispatched and you need to reschedule a delivery or query a delay, you can contact The Courier Guy directly:

Please have your Waybill/Tracking number ready when you call them, as they cannot track parcels using your order number.

Gifting & Multiple Addresses
You are welcome to send an order directly to a friend or family member within South Africa by entering their details as the shipping address. Please note that each order can only be shipped to a single address or PUDO locker. If you wish to send items to multiple people, please place a separate order for each address.

Specific Date Deliveries
Because we use third-party couriers with their own routes and schedules, we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates (e.g., “Please deliver on my birthday”). Once the package leaves our hands, the delivery schedule is determined entirely by the courier’s route optimization.
