Nice and chunky so will last a good few years. I seem to go through copper bangles in about 4/5 years as they get thin and actually end up sharp enough to cut if you bump them but this one is super think so will last a while.

Hi - I bought both the Brushed Silver Electroplate and the Grey Cross bracelets. Not only is it a marvelous fashion accessory, but I am also looking forward to the health benefits. I know for a fact it would improve blood flow and also boost the immune system.
It is also amazing for joint pain and arthritis, and I am sure that with continued use, it will also assist with the gout I experience on the odd occasion in one finger.
