At Karoo Earth, we believe in fair solutions for returns and exchanges. We ask that you initiate returns within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order. Items should be in good, resaleable condition. For exchanges, you cover return shipping, while we handle the replacement shipping. For refunds, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which we can arrange. If there's a defect or error, we cover all shipping costs. Please email us to start the process.
To purchase: Select your item and choose the size/variant, then tap Add to Cart. Open your cart (top right), review your items, and tap Checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, then place your order.

Nationwide delivery within South Africa only. Flat rates apply: Door-to-door R90 or PUDO locker R60. Free shipping on orders over R800 (unless stated otherwise). Orders process in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 1–4+ business days depending on location. Tracking is provided once dispatched.
Having trouble?
• Can’t add to cart: Make sure you’ve chosen a size/variant.
• Discount not working: Check expiry or minimum spend.
• Payment failing: Try another card or payment method (i.e. Capitec Pay)
