Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM SAST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12:00 PM SAST go out the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel's journey.
Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@karooearthshop.co.za to start your return. If accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
